Return Policy
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving your order. The returned order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is intact, just as it was received.
- Normal product handling is evident; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
- Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- It is determined that the product was defective upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved during this period.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged due to reasons beyond our control.
How Can I Return My Order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Ensure the email contains the following information:
- Order Number
- Reason for the Return Request
- Photo of the Product (if damaged)
- Customer's Full Name
- Customer's Address

We will respond with the return address after reviewing your request.
- Important: Do not send the return to the sender's address. We will provide the correct address.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.
Cancellation Policy: STORNOBAU
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following terms, provided they are acting as private individuals not primarily conducting business or professional activities:
A. Cancellation Conditions
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you (not the carrier), received the final item.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. As a result, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has started, and a refund can only be issued after the goods are received.
How to Exercise Your Right of Cancellation
To withdraw from this contract, you must inform us via a clear statement info@chaeleur.com of your decision to cancel. Cancellation is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
In-Transit Orders
Our products ship from Asia, which may result in longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible until delivery is completed. Please wait to receive the goods and then proceed with the return. You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance to expedite the process.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (or any additional costs arising from selecting a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). Reimbursement will be made promptly and no later than 30 days from the date we receive both your cancellation notification and the returned goods.
The same payment method used in the original transaction will be used for the refund unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Important Notes:
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
